In 1960 Alberto Rosales Ortega founded in Huelva street the bar "Crismona" now "Costa Sur Restaurant," which soon became a must for the lover of Cordoban quality.

In order to offer customers a high quality product, born in 1975 the Seafood Shop "El Vivero", which offers its services as a wholesaler to any individual.

Later in 1999, the result of a great effort and great enthusiasm opened the flagship of the company, Puerta Sevilla Tavern Restaurant, which in just 10 years has become one of the best restaurants in the province thanks to the union factors such as experience, professionalism, quality and service.

Some time later in 2001 and taking the name of the old tavern "La Viuda", was inaugurated this facility completely renovated keeping the traditional style of Cordoban Tavern.

Finally in 2006 in an attempt to take a further step towards quality and service offerings for our customers, establishing Audiovisual Classroom Puerta Sevilla, a place designed to hold working meetings with all technical means at our disposal.

Marisquerías Cordobesas is now managed by Alberto Arjona Rosales, vice president of Hostecor who along with his three brothers and a team of 40 professionals work every day for food and the progress of Cordova. The company in its origins as a purely family has become more professional and have a centralized structure in our offices.

Looking to the future with new projects in 2010 will open a new establishment located in the heart of San Basilio, a unique space for its location next to the Royal Stables equestrian that will evoke the atmosphere with a homely and traditional cuisine.
